Self-assessments provide one indicator of how we see ourselves, and how we approach problems or opportunities. Since self-assessments are self-evaluative, our personal views of ourselves inevitably bias the results for better or worse. To mitigate these biases, remember that:
- This self-assessment is not intended to convince the reviewer that you have an outstanding skill set. Instead, we aim to honestly and measurably explore ourselves.
- We will not be grading the "goodness" of your results. Our hope is to simply gain insights from the collective surveys, without sharing of personally identifiable data.
In summary, be honest and go with your initial instinct.
